J--Generator Preventive Maintenance Service for Ellington Field, USARC, Houston, TX

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command-West, Presidio of Monterey has a requirement for GENERATOR PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SERVICE at Ellington Field, USARC, Houston, TX. This project will consist of, but is not limited to the following: Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, transportation, supervision, and all other supplies and services to manage and perform all operations for generator maintenance service, as well as minor and major repair of this unit. Contractor shall also provide a 400 KW generator and fuel for its operation, and quick responses to emergency calls during working hours and non-working hours. Solicitation number W9124N-10-R-0111 will be available on or about 15 September 2010. Proposals are due Tuesday, 21 September 2010 at 10:00 a.m. (Pacific Standard Time). This acquisition is set-aside 100% for Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 811310 with a size standard of $7.0M. Performance period is one base year (12 months) plus four (4) Option Years. The contract will be a single award, Firm-Fixed-Price type contract.
