The Redstone Information Technology Support Services II (RITS II) requirement will encompass baseline IT services which includes: data network services, network automation security services, network information assurance support, storage and database administration, system administration, web support services, workstation and server software support, asset and configuration management, request fulfillment, access management, change management, release and deployment management, capacity management, event management, problem management, incident management, service continuity management, service catalog, service portfolio management, service strategy and demand management, availability management, information security management, continual service improvement, mail messaging and collaboration, and maintenance of file, print, and mission servers.
