A-E Services MATOC to support the planning, engineering, and Construction Phase services, Galveston SWG

Firm Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) for Architect-Engineer Services for planning, engineering, and construction phase services USACE Galveston District and Southwestern Division. The total shared capacity is $96M and includes a target of three (3) Unrestricted A-E IDCs, a target of three (3) reserve Small Business IDCs, and a target of three (3) reserve Woman-Owned Small Business A-E IDCs. The contracts will be awarded for a term not to exceed a total of seven (7) years, which includes a five (5) year base period and two (2) year option. The minimum guarantee for each contract will be $2,500, applicable to the base period only. The maximum task order amount for the Unrestricted would be $6,000,000, for the Small Business reserve would be $750,000, and for the Woman Owned Small Business reserve would be $125,000 unless otherwise approved by the Contracting Officer based upon a review of the task order scope and confirmation that a firm is considered most highly qualified based upon a review of their SF 330.
