Vertical Construction Multiple Award Task Order Contract - Women Owned Small Business Set-Aside

The correct Attachment 2 which matches the RFP has been attached. The Fort Worth District intends to award a target of (4) four Competitive Woman Owned Small Business Design-Build Vertical Construction Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Multiple Award Task Order Contracts (MATOC) primarily for use in Fort Worth District (Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico) but also supporting Southwestern Division (SWD), consisting of Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Arkansas, and Oklahoma. The estimated maximum task order limitation is $16,000,000 with a minimum task order limitation of $75,000 and an estimated overall capacity of $116,385,000 for all task orders. The types of facilities included in the construction program include, but are not limited to, dormitories, dining facilities, classrooms, air traffic control towers, munitions training, office space, chapels, operations centers, warehouses, headquarters buildings, vehicle maintenance shops, laboratories, instructional buildings, and checkpoints. Historically, our greatest use of MATOC's has been in support of the Sustainment, Restoration and Maintenance (SRM) program for our military customers, which may account for 50% or more of the task orders issued annually with this MATOC.
