Pre-solicitation Notice W9127S-12-B-0007: This solicitation will be advertised as a Total Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561730 (Landscaping Services). The small business size standard is $7.0 million. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, personnel, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, and vehicles, except as otherwise provided for herein, required to perform tree maintenance services specified within the area of responsibility of the Russellville Project Office. Work will be performed under three schedules. Schedule A Ozark Lake Field Office, Schedule B Dardanelle Lake Office (Russellville Project Office) and Schedule C Toad Suck Field Office. Solicitation will be issued as a Invitation for Bid (IFB) in accordance with FAR Part 14. This solicitation will be issued via Internet at the Army's Single Face to Industry Website (ASFI) and the Federal Business Opportunity (FBO) Website on or about January 19, 2012. It is each offeror's responsibility to download the solicitation from the internet website. No paper copies will be provided. Notification of amendments shall be made via the Internet as well. It is therefore the contractor's responsibility to check the ASFI or FBO website daily for any posted changes to this solicitation.
