S--Buoy Maintenance Services, Greers Ferry Project Office

Pre-solicitation Notice W9127S-12-B-0012: This solicitation will be advertised as a Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561210 (Facilities Support Services). The small business size standard is $35.5 million. The solicitation is for a firm fixed priced service contract to provide buoy maintenance services for areas located at/near Greers Ferry Project Office. The proposed contract will be issued for a base period of 1 May 2012 or date of award through April 30, 2013 and (2) two annual option periods from 1 May to 30 April. Solicitation will be issued as an Invitation for Bid (IFB) utilizing Seal Bidding per FAR 14. This solicitation will be issued via Internet only at the Army's Single Face to Industry Website (ASFI) on or about April 5, 2012. It is each offeror's responsibility to download the solicitation from the internet website. No paper copies will be provided. Notification of amendments shall be made via the Internet as well. It is therefore the contractor's responsibility to check the ASFI website daily for any posted changes to this solicitation.
