Z--Emergency Temporary Roof Repair Services in 19 CONUS states.

The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Omaha District awarded one (1) Indefinite Delivery Contract (IDC) to provide Emergency Temporary Roof Repair Services in support of disasters or emergency missions assigned to USACE by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in the CONUS states of: Alabama, Connecticut, Delaware/New Jersey, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland/DC, Massachusetts, Mississippi, New Hampshire, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Texas, and Virginia. Contract was awarded on a best value basis. THIS REQUIREMENT WAS SET-ASIDE FOR 8(a) COMPETITION ONLY. The contract was awarded for a three-year base period and one two-year option period for a total of five years and will have a $50 million maximum. Task orders between $2,500 and $50 million will be issued as needed during the contract period. Work consists of Government furnished plastic sheeting installation, capability for special needs installations, best practices for small area and metal roof repairs, and database capability. The Contractor required to commence work immediately after task orders are issued. Provisions were included for liquidated damages in case of failure to complete the work in the time allowed.
