Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source, the United States Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal (ACC/DTA) intends to award a sole source, first fixed price, five year, long term contract.  Sole sources to Hardigg Industries, LLC. for the following item:
