23--Mobile Emergency Response Center (MERC)

This requirement will be awarded as an Indefinte-Delivery Indefinte-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the delivery of Mobile Emergency Response Centers (MERCs). The contract will contain 1 base year and 4 option years in the anticipation of future MERC requirements. The MERCs shall be a quote mark Turn Key quote mark communications trailer with all systems, components, accessories and attachments completely integrated as specified to enable the trailer to function reliably and efficiently in both Peace Operations (PO) and Foreign Humanitarian Assistance (F/HA) Operations. A self-propelled or motorized solution shall not be considered for this requirement. The trailer configurations shall have storage that fits all of the equipment described in the Statement of Work (SOW) that will be posted in the actual Solicitation approximately 2 weeks from today.
