V--409th CSB/CCEC-EUC-SSS intends to award a fixed price, requirements type contract for Stevedoring & Related Terminal Svcs in the Port of Bremerhaven Germany.

Contractor shall provide stevedoring & related terminal services consisting of receipt, disposition, processing, loading, unloading vessels. Contractor shall also provide qualified labor, equipment & materials to meet the requirements of the contract. The general scope of this requirement will include, but is not limited to: Vessel loading/unloading, cargo receipt/disposition; stuffing & unstuffing of cargo, transfer & transportation of cargo, onward movement of cargo. Performance Period 01 FEB 2010-31 Jan 2011 and includes 2 Option Years. Subject Solicitation will be issued on or about Mid Dec 09. Anticipated closing date is beginning/middle of Jan 2010.
