DESCRIPTION: The Contractor shall furnish labor, equipment, transportation, and utilities for the production of blue rock basalt to American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) standards in 6 inch minus, 4 inch minus, 2-1/2 inch minus, 1 -1/2 inch minus, and 3/4 inch minus grade and stockpile at Pohakuloa Training Area Quarry. ASTM standards are available at www.astm.org/Standards/C33.htm. The Contractor shall Weigh, Load, Deliver and Stockpile all requested materials to Firing Point (FP) 427 Staging area. 6. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Award is anticipated in February 2015 with a one-year base period and three (3) one-year option periods. 7. SET-ASIDE: This procurement is Unrestricted. 8.
