This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is to provide local area network (LAN)/deployable local area network (DLAN) support to the Network Enterprise Center (NEC) customers to include optical fiber and copper cable installation, removal, troubleshooting and repair. The Contractor shall provide labor, management, and any other items and services not government furnished to perform specific engineering and installation support to commands within the area of responsibility in Oahu and Island of Hawaii. Other contracting operations within the Pacific (Alaska, Guam, Japan and Kwajalein) may be authorized to utilize the BPAs upon request, but they will be responsible for their own calls.
