Stockton Lake Project - Project Office and Maintenance Building Janitorial

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.603 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation, quotes are being requested and the SF1449 will not be issued.

The solicitation number for this acquisition is W912DQ26QA024 and it is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).

The Due Date for the receipt of quotes is listed in Block 8 of the SF 1449. Quotes shall be submitted in PDF via e-mail to cade.s.zelinsky@usace.army.mil. All quotes must be good for at least 60 days from quote due date. All quotes must be emailed separately.

Description of Services Required: This is a non-personnel services contract to provide Janitorial Services for the Stockton Lake Project Office/Kit Bond Information Center and Maintenance Buildings located at 16435 E. Stockton Lake Drive, Stockton Missouri, 65785.The Government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government
