This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number W912EE18Q0023 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent to issue a Single Award Task Order Contract (SATOC). The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-96. THIS PROCUREMENT IS BEING COMPETED AS 100% Small Business Set Aside. The NAICS code for this procurement is 237110, Water and Sewer Line and Related Structures Construction; Size Standard, $36.5M. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with regulations at FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Vicksburg District, has a requirement to furnish all equipment, materials, supplies, personnel and labor to complete HDPE PIPE LINERS Supply & Installation at Various Locations in AR, LA, & MS within MVK for the U.S. ARMY Corps of Engineers in accordance with the attached scope of work.
