Projects may include, but are not limited to the following types of features: general carpentry; doors; windows; roofing; gutters; moisture & thermal protection; masonry - including rehabilitation of historic stone structures; metal buildings; lead paint and asbestos removal/remediation; interior & exterior finishes; furnishings; HVAC; plumbing; fire suppression; fuel systems; building automation systems controls; power distribution; backup generation; lighting; communications; security systems; motor controls; parking lot paving/striping; sidewalks; concrete repairs; asphalt sealing; fencing; minor earthwork; clearing/grubbing; directional boring; tree removal; minor demolition; and underground storage tank removal. NAICS Code: 236220 Small Business Size Standard: $33.5 Million Completion Days: Task Order specific Estimated Range: $250,000 and $500,000 Task Order Restricted to 8(a) Firms located within the aforementioned geographical area serviced by the Illinois District Office, OR other 8(a) construction firms with a bonafide place of business in Indiana, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Ohio, Missouri and Wisconsin, the geographical competitive area. The MATOC will be awarded using competitive negotiations procedures for achieving the best value to the Government through the Source Selection Process. The source selection will conducted in accordance with procedures prescribed in FAR Part 15. The criteria used to determine best value to the Government in the form of a Technical Proposal and Price Proposal will be outlined in the solicitation.
