X--Blanket Purchasing Agreement, Full Service self-storage for RVs, Auto, Boat, and Property Storage Units, Bradenton, Florida

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Jacksonville District, wishes to enter into a firm fixed price, Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a full service self-storage facility which provides RVs, auto, boat and property storage units within a 20 miles radius of the quote mark Kingfish boat ramp quote mark located at 752 Manatee Ave. Holmes Beach 34217 and south of Tampa Bay. The BPA will be effective for five years. See solicitation for proposal submission instructions. Award will be made to the offeror who submits the lowest price, technically acceptable proposal. Proposals will be evaluated based on technical acceptability, past performance and price. This is a small business set-aside acquisition; all responsible offerors are encouraged to participate.
