The U.S, Army Corps of Engineers has a requirment for Mnnesota & Msslssppl River Mechanical Dredging Work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, material, and equipment nessary for dredging with backhoe, dragline, or other mechanical equipment on marine plant, and transporting dredged material to designated placement site..
