Lock & Dam 2 Concrete Crossover Joint Repairs

AMENDMENT 0001 HAS BEEN ADDED Amendment 0001 has been added to the solicitation. This amendment adds information and photos to the SOW. Offerors must specifically acknowledge receipt of all amendments when submitting their quotes. This amendment does NOT change the solicitation close date and time. The original water stops for two (2) expansion joints (EJ) at the bottom of the dewatered lock chamber for Lock & Dam 2 may have been compromised, and soil movement through these joints appears to be occurring. The Contractor shall supply all labor, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to provide performance and payment bonds, clean and prepare the joints, install expansive rope, and properly install a polyurethane (PU) grout(s) through methods of pressure injection or an acceptable alternative method proposed by the contractor. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 237990, Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction. This NAICS has an SBA Size Standard of $45,000,000 average annual revenues. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000.
