H--Laboratory Analysis Services for Drinking and Waste Water

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The USPFO for Rhode Island has a recurring requirement for the testing of drinking and waste water. It intends to set up a blanket purchase agreement for 5 years with laboratories that are both EPA and RI Department of Health certified to test drinking and waste water for contaminants. Laboratories must be located within a 30-mile driving radius of Quonset Air National Guard Base, 1 Minuteman Way, North Kingstown, RI 02852. See attached Request for Quote, W912LD-13-T-0017. Quotes are due by Wednesday, 3 April 2013 at 10:00 am EST. Quotes may be emailed to alisa.a.dagostino.mil@mail.mil or faxed to 401-275-4305. Late quotes will not be accepted.
