The U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, St. Louis District, is seeking firms to provide Cleaning Services, and maintain Sanitary Conditions, and Adjust Courtesy Boat Docks, Clarence Cannon Dam and Mark Twain Lake, Monroe and Ralls Counties, Missouri, on a Firm Fixed Price Service Contract with Base Year plus Four (4) option years. This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) solicitation. There will be no public bid opening. The bases of award will be Lowest Priced, Technically Acceptable (LPTA) procedure. This solicitation is set aside for Total Small Business. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation requirements and will provide the best value to the government considering recent and relevant past/performance and price. The government reserves the right to award a contract to other than low offeror. This project is for a Base and Two additional option years. The NAICS code for this requirement is 561720. The SBA size standard is $16.5 Million. This acquisition is being considered for a Small Business set-aside. Postal service or fax copies are required. Electronic copies are not permitted. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained in the solicitation package. The solicitation is expected to be issued on or about 13 Nov, 2012.
