99--Refuse Collection and Removal Services at Novo Selo Training Area, Bulgaria.

This is a pre-solicitation notice. The solicitation will be posted on ASFI at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/solicitation_search_form.cfm. The contractor shall provide Refuse Removal Service in Novo Selo Training Area (NSTA), Bulgaria. The contractor shall provide and set up 20 refuse containers / dumpsters no later than 1 July 2008 at the specific locations designated on the NSTA TFOS layout as directed by the COR. The contractor shall be responsible for the provision, installation, maintenance, and removal (at the end of the contract) of the refuse containers. The contractor shall maintain the refuse containers and shall be familiar with and comply with all applicable environmental laws and regulations maintaining clean and safe areas around the refuse containers. Contractor shall provide proper personnel and equipment (refuse trucks, etc) to empty all refuse containers, clean surrounding areas, and dispose all refuse outside the NSTA Monday, Wednesday, and Friday between 1000 and 1900. The contractor shall empty four (4) refuse containers located by the DFAC daily (including holidays and weekends) at 1400. Additionally, the Contractor shall empty and dispose of refuse from all containers as needed during the performance period at each location at NSTA. Unscheduled pickups may occur between 1000 and 2100.
