Range Maintenance

The U.S. Army, 928th Contracting Battalion (CBN) / Regional Contracting Office (RCO) Bavaria, Unit 28130, APO, AE 09227, intends to issue a solicitation to award a commercial, Single Award, Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Type (IDT) contract for the U.S. Army Garrison Bavaria. This requirement will include Range maintence at select ranges as outlined in the attached ELIN. FAR Clause 52.204-7 (System for Award Management) applies to this procurement which states “an Offeror is required to be registered (and marked ‘Active’) in SAM when submitting an offer.” Processing time should be taken into consideration when registering. Offerors who are not registered (or do not have not current registrations) in SAM should consider applying for (or updating) registration immediately upon receipt of this synopsis.
