This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. THIS ANNOUNCEMENT CONSTITUTES THE ONLY SOLICITATION; QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED AND A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This will be an UNRESTRICTED procurement. The solicitation number is W912PM21Q0017 and the solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The NAICS code is 562111 with a size standard of $41,500,000.00. This solicitation document incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-04. This requirement is anticipated to result in the award of a single firm fixed price (FFP) contract. The Contractor shall be responsible to provide labor, equipment, supplies, and maintenance on the equipment required to provide dumpster and recycling services (collect and remove recyclable items and Municipal Solid Waste ( MSW) from) for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District Engineer Repair Yard (ERY) and Snows Cut Operations Yard (SCOY) (addresses below) on a regular scheduled basis as specified within this contract. All non-recyclable waste shall be transported and disposed of in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws and regulations. All recyclable waste shall be diverted from area landfills, and the Contractor shall be responsible for ensuring that recyclable waste is being recycled.
