This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract to provide dock removal services in the Green River Area. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, personnel, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, fuel, and vehicles, except as otherwise provided herein, required to perform services at Barren River, Nolin River, and Rough River Lake in accordance with the Scope of Work (SOW) ****************************************************Amendment 0001************************************************* a.
