Intent to Sole Source Allergen Extract Supplies

This is a sole-source short term IDIQ contract for Allergen Extract Biologicals and Supplies for The United States Army Centralized Allergen Extract Laboratory, Department of The Army, Kimbrough Ambulatory Care Center, Fort Meade, MD. Sole source justification control number 24- RHCO-A-378. This action was previously solicited under W91YTZ-24-R-0029 but found to have a flawed solicitation and legal opinion was to restart the solicitation process. The ordering period ofr this contract is 27 September 2024 thru 27 March 2025. This contract seeks to ensure uninterrupted access to critical supplies while the follow-on contract is resolicited.
