This is not possible to do during an RFP process. However, clauses are becoming more prevalent in RFP's where the cheapest bidder may not be the winner. The most 'qualified' is becoming a norm in RFP's. Now that is where we find the ability to provide customers relevant to the RFP that can comment on our work, ability and knowledge. Business is more than JUST getting the check!
