Chefalo Consulting helps public sector and mission-driven organizations build trauma-informed, human-centered cultures that improve workforce well-being, trust, and performance. We partner with school districts and universities, courts and justice systems, human services and child welfare agencies, nonprofits, and local, county, and state government departments. Our services include organizational assessment, multi-year implementation consulting, strategic roadmaps, leadership development and coaching, customized trainings and workshops, Communities of Practice, and keynote speaking. Our work is grounded in trauma and NEAR science, equity, and practical implementation, translating national frameworks into clear, usable strategies that strengthen supervision, communication, crisis response, and everyday operations. We help clients move from one-time training to sustainable systems change.
