Volition REI VREI LLC is a women-owned real estate investment company headquartered in Carrollton, Georgia, dedicated to promoting equitable housing opportunities for low- to moderate-income families across the state of Georgia. As housing costs continue to rise across Georgia, far too many working families struggle to afford safe, stable homes. Volition REI VREI LLC was established to address this critical need by transforming underutilized or distressed properties into affordable, energy-efficient residences. Through public-private partnerships, responsible investment, and community engagement, we aim to restore value to neighborhoods while ensuring that families of modest means can remain part of thriving local economies. Our approach goes beyond buildings - it centers on people. We collaborate with local governments, housing agencies, and contractors/developers to create living spaces that promote dignity, safety, social inclusion, foster workforce stability, and opportunity.
