The company has been successful in stabilizing and maintaining biologics on the silicon chips for biosensor applications. HEMEMICS is currently focused on delivering a rapid, point-of-care, biosensor that detects antibodies and antigens in under 60 seconds. HEMEMICS’ HemBoxTM will allow first responders to ‘rule-in/rule-out’ exposure to pathogens on site, helping to manage the spread of infectious disease epidemics. This will improve the management and decrease the spread of infectious diseases.
