The array of experience results in providing services to provide a full range of experienced project development, QA/QC, engineering, and construction services and capabilities. We serve our private and public clients by coordinating with local, state, and federal agencies for all of the various phases of our projects. Project management is provided by Rodney J. Savini, P.E. with over 40 years' experience. All of our projects benefit from experience providing extensive project development, entitlement background providing approvals by local jurisdictions, executing projects approaches such as Design-Bid Build, Design Build, CMAR, and Joint Venture; design including constructability, estimating, and scheduling development and review, construction management, and post occupancy experience.
