As a small, but experienced construction company, PBE is licensed as a General Building Contractor and as a Public Utilities Contractor; specifically, Water and Sewer Lines infrastructure and maintenance. PBE’s capabilities include all facets of vertical, horizontal and underground construction, as well as marine and coastal projects, and their management.
