Federal Capability Statement

QRC delivers geospatial intelligence that helps government agencies understand, manage, modernize, and make decisions about the built environment. We use terrestrial and mobile LiDAR, 3D laser scanning, SLAM reality capture, aerial mapping, and photogrammetry to document buildings, infrastructure, and assets. Deliverables include point clouds, Scan-to-BIM models, CAD drawings, as-built documentation, digital twins, and geospatial datasets. Our work supports facility modernization, infrastructure planning, asset management, condition assessments, A/E design, construction documentation, and lifecycle management. QRC also provides XGRIDS mobile LiDAR solutions, including equipment procurement, implementation, training, workflow development, and technical support. Based in Charleston, South Carolina, QRC supports public-sector projects across the Southeast and nationwide as a prime contractor, subcontractor, technology provider, and geospatial services partner.
