Our 24,000 sq ft Braham, MN facility runs 3-axis and 5-axis Haas milling, CNC turning, a Mazak CO2 laser, press brake forming to 320 tons and 144", MIG/TIG welding, and CMM inspection. We machine aluminum, stainless, carbon steel, titanium, Inconel, brass, copper, and plastics to +/-.0005" (process dependent), from prototype through recurring production. Typical parts include shafts, bushings, fittings, housings, brackets, flanges, manifolds, weldments, enclosures, and structural assemblies. A qualified processor network adds anodize, plating, powder coat, heat treat, NDT, and ISO/IEC 17025 metrology, so customers get complete, traceable deliverables with FAI/AS9102 from one accountable supplier. PMI supports a U.S. Navy program supply chain. CAGE 98X10.
