Description of requirement

IGF::OT::IGF CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL EQUIPMENT, MATERIALS, LABOR, AND SUPERVISION NECESSARY FOR THE DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION REQUIRED TO REPAIR GRADE FOR SOUTH RUNWAY GRADED CLEAR ZONE. CONTRACTOR SHALL DESIGN AND CONSTRUCT THE GRADES OF THE UNPAVED AREA OF THE GRADED CLEAR ZONE, PROVIDE CORRECT GRADING REQUIREMENTS FOR THE UNPAVED PORTIONS OF THE OVERRUNS AND THE UNPAVED PORTIONS OF THE ADJACENT TAXIWAY SHOULDERS, DEMOLISH AND REPLACE SPECIFIED CONCRETE SIDEWALK, AND REPLACE SPECIFIED ELECTRICAL LINE. CONTRACTOR SHALL PERFORM ALL WORK IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATEMENT OF WORK, DATED 15 APRIL 2013, AND ALL ITEMS LISTED HEREIN SECTION J - LIST OF DOCUMENTS, EXHIBITS, AND OTHER ATTACHMENTS. THE PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE FOR THIS PROJECT IS 180 CALENDAR DAYS; HOWEVER, DUE TO WEATHER CONSTRAINTS, THE INITIAL NOTICE TO PROCEED WILL BE GIVEN FOLLOWING AWARD TO START THE DESIGN PHASE (DESIGN EFFORT-80 CALENDAR DAYS FOLLOWING CONTRACTOR RECEIPT OF NOTICE TO PROCEED). AN ADDITIONAL NOTICE TO PROCEED FOR THE CONTSTRUCTION PHASE WILL BE PROVIDED IN SPRING 2014 . THE APPROXIMATE TARGET DATE UTILIZED TO CALCULATE CONTRACT COMPLETION DATE IS 1 APRIL 2014. (CONSTRUCTION PHASE-100 CALENDAR DAYS FOLLOWING CONTRACTOR RECEIPT OF NOTICE TO PROCEED).
