Description of requirement

IGF::OT::IGF THIS IS A DESIGN BUILD MULTIPLE AWARD CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT (DB-MACC) PROJECT INTENDED TO REHABILITATE EXISTING SEWER LIFT STATION NO. 7 (SLS7) AT NAVAL BASE GUAM POLARIS POINT (NBGPP). THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL DESIGN, LABOR, MATERIAL, EQUIPMENT, COMPLETE AND READY FOR USE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW), DATED 17 JULY 2013 FOR WR 7206055, AND OVERLAND FEDERAL S PROPOSAL DATED 12 NOVEMBER 2013. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES IN THE AMOUNT OF $200.00 SHALL BE ASSESSED FOR EACH CALENDAR DAY OF DELAY UNTIL THE WORK IS COMPLETED OR ACCEPTED. THE SITE SAFETY AND HEALTH OFFICER FOR THIS PROJECT SHALL MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF LEVEL 3. THE PERFORMANCE PERIOD IS 210 CALENDAR DAYS AFTER THE DATE OF AWARD UP TO AND INCLUDING 18 JUNE 2014.
