Description of requirement

REQUEST FOR A NEW TASK ORDER TO MAINTAIN THE PERFORMANCE TRACKING DATABASE (PTD). THE TASK ORDER WILL BE COMPETED AMONG THE SMALL BUSINESSES THAT WILL BE SELECTED UNDER THE OFFICE OF NATIVE AMERICAN PROGRAMS (ONAP) INDEFINITE DELIVERY, INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT (IDIQC). THIS PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY WAS APPROVED IN THE FY 2012 PROCUREMENT PLAN. THE REQUEST INCLUDES A TWELVE-MONTH BASE PERIOD PERFORMANCE AND ONE TWELVE-MONTH OPTION PERIOD. THE REQUIREMENT IS HIGHLY TECHNICAL AND A LONGER PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE LIMITS THE DIFFICULT AND COSTLY TRANSFER OF DATABASE RESPONSIBILITIES TO ANOTHER CONTRACTOR.
