Description of requirement
PROJECT # 09-3027 CONSTRUCT THE NEW TRANSIENT LODGING FACILITY IN ACCORDANCE WITH 100% DESIGNS AND SPECIFICATIONS DATED 15 JUN 09. FACILITY SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED WITH STRUCTURAL STEEL, BRICK AND STUCCO VENEER, AND STANDING SEAM METAL ROOF. CONTRACTOR TO PROVIDE ALL SITEWORK, UTILITIES, PARKING, LINEN ROOM, MECHANICAL ROOM, AND LIVING QUARTERS. PROVIDE ALL LABOR AND MATERIAL TO CONSTRUCT A SINGLE STORY TRANSIENT LODGING FACILITY. THE FACILITY WILL INCLUDE SIX 2-BEDROOM UNITS AND SUPPORTING MECHANICAL, ELECTRICAL, COMMUNICATIONS AND JANITOR AREAS. PROJECT # 09-3028 CONSTRUCT THE NEW VISITOR QUARTERS IN ACCORDANCE WITH 100% DESIGNS AND SPECIFICATIONS DATED 15 JUN 09. PROVIDE ALL LABOR AND MATERIAL TO CONSTRUCT A SINGLE STORY VISITING QUARTERS AND BILLETTING OFFICE. FACILITY SHALL BE CONSTRUCTED WITH STRUCTURAL STEEL, BRICK AND STUCCO VENEER, AND STANDING SEAM METAL ROOF. THE PROJECT INCLUDES 11 VQ UNITS, BILLETING OFFICE WITH REGISTRATION DESK, LOBBY, ADMIN SPACES, LAUNDRY AND SUPPORTING ELECTRICAL AND MECHANICAL SUPPORT.
