Description of requirement

HEART SYSTEM OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE SUPPORT TO ENSURE IT IS CAPABLE OF FULL UTILIZATION BY THE HIAMS USER GROUP. THE CONTRACTOR WILL PROVIDE DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT AND ONGOING SUPPORT SERVICES TO STABILIZE AND SUSTAIN THE HEART ENVIRONMENT (ORACLE, INFORMATICA AND MICROSTRATEGY) AND IMPROVE REPORTING. THESE ACTIVITIES ARE BEING PERFORMED IN ORDER TO PROVIDE CONTINUOUS DEVELOPMENT, REFINEMENT(MAKE STATEMENT OF USERS SUCCESSFULLY USING SYSTEM/ REPORTING OBJECTIVES) THIS PROCUREMENT MAY ALSO REQUIRE FURTHER SOFTWARE MODIFICATIONS, TESTING AND OTHER O&M ACTIVITIES TO MAKE IT FULLY MISSION READY.
