Description of requirement

IGF::OT::IGF REMOVE AND REPLACE ALL EXISTING EXTERIOR LIGHTING OWNED BY LAUGHLIN AFB INCLUDING EXTERIOR WALL PACK UNITS, POLE MOUNTED LIGHT FIXTURES, AND BOLLARD LIGHTS WITH APPROVED LED FIXTURES. ALL NEW LIGHTS, AT A MINIMUM, SHALL MEET CODE AND LIGHTING LEVELS SHALL MEET OR EXCEED ILLUMINATING ENGINEERING SOCIETY (IES) RECOMMENDED ILLUMINATION LEVELS OF ANY AF STANDARDS. ALL LIGHT FIXTURES ALONG THE FLIGHT LINE, IN THE DORMITORIES, POLE MOUNTED FIXTURES, AND BOLLARD LIGHTS WILL INCLUDE PHOTO CELL CONTROL SYSTEMS. ALL OTHER EXTERIOR WALL LIGHTS WILL BE INSTALLED WITH MOTION DETECTION CONTROL SYSTEMS.
