YOUR OFFER TO PROVIDE AN ADDITIONAL FOUR (4) YEAR EXTENDED WARRANTY ON THE NORTH MUNTER HVAC UNIT LOCATED AT THE LEASE GS06P-20039, 17501 WEST 98TH STREET, LENEXA, KS, AT A COST OF $3,775.00, HAS BEEN ACCEPTED. THIS PURCHASE WAS REQUESTED BY THE CUSTOMER AGENCY (NARA) AND REVIEWED BY GSAS KANSAS FIELD OFFICE PROJECT/ACQUISITION TEAM. IT WAS DETERMINED TO BE IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE GOVERNMENT, DUE TO THE HIGH REPAIR/REPLACEMENT COST OF CRITICAL ARCHIVAL ENVIRONMENTAL EQUIPMENT, TO PROCEED WITH THE PURCHASE OF THE EXTENDED WARRANTY, PER THE GUIDANCE OF FAR 46.709.
