Description of requirement

FIRE RESPONSE ON TRUST LAND - GLENCOE FIRE DEPT THIS IS BEING ISSUED AS A BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (BPA). THIS CONTRACT IS TO FACILITATE THE PROTECTION OF INDIAN WILD LAND, FORESTS, AND NATURAL RESOURCES SUBJECT TO THE OVERSIGHT OF THE BIA IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE BPA TERMS AND CONDITIONS. CONTRACTOR IS PAID $600.00 FOR EACH INITIAL ATTACK RESPONSE. ONCE THE DETERMINATION HAS BEEN MADE THAT THE FIRE IS ON INDIAN TRUST LAND, A FIRE CODE IS ASSIGNED AND THE FUNDS ARE OBLIGATED TO A BPA CALL. ONCE THE BPA CALL IS ISSUED, THE CONTRACTOR IS REQUIRED TO CREATE AND REQUEST THE FUNDS VIA IPP, AS DESCRIBED IN THE IPP CLAUSE. THE GOVERNMENT IS OBLIGATED ONLY TO THE EXTENT OF AUTHORIZED FIRE RESPONSES ACTUALLY MADE UNDER THE BPA AND IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR CLAUSE 52.232-1, AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS
