THIS IS A COMMERCIAL FIRM-FIXED PRICE INDEFINITE DELIVERY/INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT TO PURCHASE THE CUTTER BOAT-LARGE (210/225), ASSOCIATED OUTFIT, PARTS AND LOGISTICS INFORMATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE STATEMENT OF WORK AND SPECIFICATIONS. THE SCOPE OF THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES POTENTIAL ORDERS FOR FOREIGN MILITARY SALES. THE MAXIMUM IS THE CEILING OF THE CONTRACT, $20,000,000. THE MINIMUM GUARANTEE IS TWO COMPLETE CUTTER BOAT-LARGE (210/225), $380,130.62. THIS CONTRACT HAS AN ORDERING PERIOD OF FIVE YEARS FROM THE DATE OF AWARD. ORDERS BEYOND THE MINIMUM WILL BE DETERMINED BY GOVERNMENT NEEDS. THE GOVERNMENT HAS NO OBLIGATION TO ISSUE ORDERS BEYOND THE MINIMUM. ACTUAL ORDERING DEPENDS ON OPERATIONAL NEED AND AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS.
