Description of requirement

THE CONTRACTOR SHALL RESPOND TO SERVICE CALLS AND ARREST EMERGENT CONDITIONS TO MINIMIZE AND MITIGATE DAMAGE TO FACILITIES, GROUND STRUCTURES, PERSONAL PROPERTY, AND INSTALLED EQUIPMENT. THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PERFORM EMERGENCY SERVICE ORDERS 24 HOURS A DAY, SEVEN DAYS A WEEK THROUGHOUT THE CONTRACT PERIOD.
