Description of requirement

THE MAIN PURPOSE OF THIS BASIC ORDERING AGREEMENT (BOA) IS TO ACQUIRE AUDIT AND FINANCIAL REVIEW SERVICES COVERING ACTIVITIES OF U.S. BASED IMPLEMENTING PARTNERS OF THE U.S. AGENCY FOR INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT (USAID) IN PAKISTAN (USAID/PAKISTAN). HOWEVER, SERVICES UNDER THIS SOLICITATION MAY ALSO COVER CAPACITY ASSESSMENTS, ATTESTATIONS AND CONTROL ENVIRONMENT AND RISK ASSESSMENTS. THESE SERVICES WILL BE PROVIDED IN ACCORDANCE WITH U.S. GOVERNMENT AUDITING STANDARDS AND OTHER APPLICABLE U.S. GOVERNMENT RULES AND REGULATIONS, GUIDELINES AND POLICY DIRECTIVES, AS APPLICABLE
