Description of requirement

IGF::CL::IGF THIS IS A BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR AUDIT AND FINANCIAL REVIEW SERVICES. THE GOVERNMENT WILL ISSUE CALL ORDERS THAT ARE EITHER FIRM-FIXED PRICE (FFP), TIME AND MATERIALS (T&M) AND/OR LABOR HOUR (LH).
