Description of requirement

BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT FOR STANDARD (UNITED NATIONS WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION) INTERAGENCY EMERGENCY HEALTH KITS (IEHK) TEN HEALTH KITS WILL BE PLACED IN STORAGE AT THE CONTRACTOR S FACILITY, AND SHALL BE READY FOR PURCHASE AND FOR IMMEDIATE DELIVERY TO USAID. THE REMAINING SHELF LIFE OF ALL COMPONENTS OF ANY DELIVERED IEHK SHALL BE AT LEAST ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY. SEE THE ATTACHED BPA AGREEMENT SCHEDULE FOR DETAILS OF THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING COMMODITY PRICES FOR THE BASE YEAR AND THE OPTION PERIODS. AGREEMENT BASE PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: JUNE 23, 2015 TO JUNE 22, 2016. TWO EACH ONE YEAR OPTION PERIODS ARE AVAILABLE TO THE GOVERNMENT. THIS BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT DOES NOT OBLIGATE ANY FUNDS. THE GOVERNMENT WILL FUND INDIVIDUAL CONTRACTS AND ORDERS FOR THE DELIVERY OF IEHK. THE GOVERNMENT MAY AWARD MORE THAN ONE BPA UNDER THIS SOLICITATION.
