THE CLOSING AGENT SERVICES IS RESPONSIBLE FOR VALIDATING FHA FORECLOSURE CLAIMS FROM MORTGAGEES, MARKETING, MAINTAINING, AND SELLING HOMES FROM FHA FORECLOSURES INSURANCE CLAIMS. THE CLOSING AGENT SERVICES FOR NEVADA IS DIVIDED INTO TWO AREAS, NORTHERN AND SOUTHERN NEVADA. THIS CONTRACT COVERS THE NORTHERN NEVADA AREA THAT INCLUDES NORTH LAS VEGAS AND RENO. THE OBLIGATION REQUESTED AT THIS TIME IS $2,700,000.00 FOR THE BASE YEAR. THE EXPECTED TOTAL CONTRACT VALUE IS $13,500,000.00.
