Description of requirement

MULTI-DISCIPLINE INDEFINITE DELIVERY QUANTITY (IDIQ) CONTRACT FOR ARCHITECT-ENGINEER (A-E) SERVICES FOR THULE AIR BASE, GREENLAND. THE ARCHITECT-ENGINEER FIRM SHALL CONDUCT FACT FINDING STUDIES, SURVEYS, ECONOMIC ANALYSIS AND OTHER INVESTIGATIONS OF DESIGN STUDIES AND SHALL FURNISH ALL SERVICES TO INCLUDE MATERIALS, SUPPLIES, LABOR AND OTHER SUPERVISION REQUIRED FOR PRODUCTION AND/OR DESIGN OF PLAN DRAWINGS, ESTIMATED AND OTHER TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS AS DEFINED IN THE STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW), AND FURTHER DEFINED BY SPECIFIC DELIVERY ORDERS ISSUED UNDER THIS CONTRACT. THE EXTENT OF SURVEILLANCE AND INSPECTION SERVICES REQUIRED AS SET FORTH IN THE SOW. THE DATES BY WHICH THE SERVICES MUST BE COMPLETED SHALL BE SET FORTH IN EACH SEPARATE DELIVERY ORDER. THE GOVERNMENT MAY EXTEND SUCH PERIOD AS PROVIDED IN THE CHANGES CLAUSE.
