Description of requirement
IGF::OT::IGF BASE ANIMAL CONTROL SERVICES --THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE ABLE, BUT IS NOT LIMITED, TO PERFORM THE FOLLOWING ON ALL EGLIN AFB PROPERTY, INCLUDING THE EGLIN RESERVATION, WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF OKALOOSA COUNTY AND PARTS OF WALTON COUNTY. ALL ANIMAL INCIDENTS OCCURRING ON THE EGLIN RESERVATION OUTSIDE OF THE CORPORATE LIMITS OF OKALOOSA COUNTY OR EGLIN RESERVATION IN WALTON COUNTY WILL BE REFERRED TO THE RESPECTIVE LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY WHO EXERCISES JURISDICTION OVER THE PARTICULAR AREA. [1] 96 SVS/SVBV WILL BE THE PRIMARY AGENCY OF RESPONSIBILITY FOR REGISTERED ANIMALS. [2] THE CONTRACTOR WILL BE THE PRIMARY AGENCY OF RESPONSIBILITY FOR UNREGISTERED, I.E. STRAY AND ABANDONED ANIMALS. [3] UNCLAIMED ANIMALS WILL BECOME THE PROPERTY OF THE CONTRACTOR.
