Description of requirement
PURSUANT TO GSA FEDERAL SCHEDULE CONTRACT NUMBER GS-02F-0058P AND FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION (FAR) 8.405-3, BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (BPA), ESI INTERNATIONAL, HEREAFTER REFERRED TO AS THE "VENDOR", AGREES TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE GSA FSS CONTRACT AND THE BPA WITH THE NATIONAL ARCHIVES RECORDS ADMINISTRATION (NARA). ALL ORDERS PLACED AGAINST THIS BPA ARE SUBJECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE GSA FEDERAL SCHEDULE CONTRACT AND THE ATTACHED BPA. THE VENDOR' QUOTATION DATED JULY 15,2013, A COPY OF WHICH IS HEREBY INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE WITH THE SAME FORCE AND EFFECT AS IF SET FORTH IN FULL TEXT INTO THE BPA AGREEMENT AND WILL BE UTILIZE FOR DETERMINING PRICING/COST FOR REQUIRED SERVICES. ORDERS ISSUED AGAINST THIS BPA WILL BE FIXED PRICED IN ACCORDANCE WITH VENDORS GSA SCHEDULE AND THE ATTACHED BPA PRICING. ORDERING PERIOD: 09/16/2013 THROUGH 09/15/2018.
